Biking can be amazing in all climates snow, rain, sun, clear sky, slight breeze and it allows you to really connect with nature!

Biking with friends doesn't need to just be done by kids. This can be a great relationship building exercise cruising down the beach together or it can be a challenge going with a friend through the trails as fast as possible.
3. Great Exercise to Stay Healthy
This is a great way to burn a lot of calories in a aerobic fashion as your legs will burn as you pedal with a constant push-pull motion. Also it is very low risk on joint so it is great for rehabbing back from injuries or if you are carrying extra weight around the joints it is a great way to get starting on a weight loss track!
4. Mental Brain Power
It is scientifically proven while you are moving your brain is more active. So why not free your mind going biking & brainstorm your future ideas. Another awesome thing to do is throw in an audio book, and learn on your bike while commuting. There have been million dollar ideas thought while biking.
