1. Resistance Training
Minneapolis Personal Training incorporates all kinds of resistance training on the battle ropes, trx, dumbbells, bosu ball everything we are doing is to help build strong muscles, which helps us burn fat , and increase the metabolism. Aim to workout at least 3x a week but if you want great results aim for a total of 10 hours a month. WOW knowing that there are 168 hours in a WEEK that sounds simple. So 10 hours in a month is prime for great results, and it is best done 30 minutes at a time.

This will sky rocket your heart rate which helps burn MORE calories. For those of you using treadmills it usually takes twice the amount of time to burn the same amount of calories. 3. Nutrition
It’s not about eating less it’s about eating smarter. PLEASE be aware of what you eat, plan your meals this is a great first step. Food is the fuel to your body, putting the right food IN is like running your car engine on premium fuel. Remember to add vegetables and fruits to your diet, about 80% of people don’t fulfill their daily needs. I would recommend buying a juicer and starting immediately! Nothing better than packing a solid punch,with a full drink of energizing nutrients for you afternoon snack. Now that is what I call great!
4. Recharging
Your Iphone can’t run without recharging the battery. Well that is same with you needing to get recharge through rest. Let’s face it we fatigue as humans, and that is why rest is so crucial to restoring your body. Some other things that I think are a huge part of recharging are massaging, stretching and most importantly rest. Those are three great ways to relax the muscles, and ease tention and stress. In addition it to helps lengthen your muscles which helps keeping them looked toned.
5. Professional Assistance
